Shipping:


We try to ship all of our personalized embroidered items within 7 business days of receipt of payment. If, you need your order sooner, please place that information in the Comments box. If a product is unavailable or delayed, you will be notified by e-mail or phone call.
All gifts are shipped from Sloatsburg, New York.
Please allow 1-6 days for shipping, depending how far you are from NY.

We offer two different methods of shipping for our domestic customers; UPS Ground, 3-day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver and United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight of goods and destination.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses because we cannot confirm delivery.
 

Refunds:


All Personalized & Custom Orders are made to order and could not be Returned or Exchanged!
(No exceptions for incorrect size on apparel. – Please confirm correct size. )

If a mistake is made on a custom order with personalization. Please contact within 10 days of delivery.
The item would be replaced with the corrected name or monogram.

Non custom items can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days with a receipt. It must be in original condition, not used or worn.

 

Tax:


We must collect New York State sales tax. New Jersey State sales tax. Connecticut State sales tax.

Confidentiality:


Sew Fabulous Embroidery is a secure on-line store. All information sent to us is confidential and protected for your safety. We do not release, or sell our customer's name, address, e-mail address, or buying information to any other individual and/or company.

If you choose to join our mailing or email list, we do not share this information with anyone else. The information you provide will only be used by Sew Fabulous Embroidery to send you notifications of special sales events.

 

We can embroider customers own merchandise.
A Hooping and Set Up fee of $10. per item will apply. + Price of the embroidery.

If customers own merchandise is damaged during embroidery, a replacement would be substituted or reimbursement for item.
**We will NOT EMBROIDER customers Heirloom, Priceless, Non Replaceable items or any item that the replacement cost is more than $50.**

 

We work and embroider in a Smoke Free – Pet Free Environment.
