1. Email us your photo at photos@sewfe.com or mail us your photo for scanning to: Sew Fabulous Embroidery, 8 Allen Lane, Sloatsburg, NY 10974. (Your photo will be returned.)
2. If you want text added to your photo, explain what you would like in your email.
3. Enter Qty and Click "Order."
